State Street Coffees Beans & Grinds is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly and accurately. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional transit time may apply to non-contiguous U.S. locations.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address,
  • An incomplete address, or
  • Failure to claim the package,

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

State Street Coffee Beans & Grinds is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Other events beyond our control

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine appropriate next steps.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing should be addressed directly with the carrier. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for stolen packages.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.
  2. Take photographs of the package and damaged products.
  3. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipments to certain locations where delivery services are unavailable or unreliable.
