At State Street Coffees Beans & Grinds, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and tea products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened coffee products.
- Opened tea products.
- Products marked as final sale.
- Custom, private-label, or special-order items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To expedite resolution, please provide:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
